摘    要:重点阐述20 t/h循环流化床锅炉燃烧室炉墙结构技术改造的成功经验,包括解决燃烧室炉墙结构在运行中的不足;使炉墙结构更加完善、合理;燃烧室炉墙寿命显著延长,从每年检修1~2次达到3年以上不大修,为企业创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:The successful experience of technical reconstruction for boiler wall of combustion chamber of 20 t/h CFBB is described, which include the shortages of the boiler wall of the combustion chamber in running process are resolved; the boiler wall structure can be more perfect and reasonable; the service life of the boiler wall is remarkably prolonged, which was reconditioned one to two times per year previously, now it only needs to be overhauled one time for every three years, which can create the considerable economic benefits for the business.
