碱性离子液体在制备生物柴油中的应用

摘    要:文章研究了碱性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氢氧盐([Bmim]OH)催化蓖麻油酯交换制备生物柴油的工艺。考察了醇油比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对脂肪酸甲酯的得率的影响。研究表明以[Bmim]OH为催化剂,脂肪酸甲酯得率达到82.3%。最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比9∶1,催化剂用量8%,反应温度50℃,反应时间90 min。

Abstract:Efficient catalytic conversion of castor oil to biodiesel,is achieved using 1-buthyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide(OH) as the catalyst.The influence factors,such as alcohol-oil ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time are investigated in detail.The results showed that OH was an efficient catalyst for catalytic conversion of castor oil to biodiesel,and 82.3 % yield of HMF was obtained for 90 min at 50 ℃ in the presence of the load of catalyst was 8 % and the CH3OH: oil ratio was 9∶1.
