摘    要:大型氦气工程试验回路是为高温气冷堆关键技术设备的工程验证和热工性能试验而建立的一套回路系统。在大型氦气工程试验回路中,主回路开关阀连接着回路中众多的系统,其可靠性对于保证系统的正常稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。同时,氦气介质渗透性极强,阀门又是回路中为数最多的潜在泄漏点,因而良好的密封性能对于降低整个回路的氦泄漏量起到重要的作用。文中介绍了大型氦气工程试验主回路系统的工况要求及其阀门设计选型、流通能力、密封性能及驱动方式的规定与要求。并分析了阀门相关的试验标准规定与实施过程。

Abstract:The Helium Test Loop (HTL)is under construction for the engineering verification testing and thermodynamic engineering performance testing of the key equipment of High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor(HTR). Main loop shot-off valves in HTL ,which were boundary to other systems ,were of great importance to the steady operation of HTL. At the same time, valves offered the greatest num- ber of potential leak point. Favorable sealing property of valves would make significant contribution to reducing the leakage of the test loop. In this paper, the operating requirements of the HTL main loop are introduced; the design and selection, flow capacity, sealing property, and drive mode of main loop shut- off valves are presented. The testing requirements and implementation process are discussed as well.
