摘    要:根据不同的强度理论和设计准则,分析了国内外相关标准规定的各种内压圆筒壁厚计算式的推导过程。通过对比和误差分析,对某些计算式的适用性提出质疑,建议制定与国际接轨且符合国情的阀门壳体设计强度方法系列标准。

Abstract:The article analyzes derivations of the equations for calculating the wall thickness of the internal pressure cylinder in terms of national and international standards according to their different intensity theory and design principles. It raises questions to applicability of some equations by comparison and error analysis. Finally, the author proposes to make the national standards of shell design strength with applicable for both international standards and national situations.
