| Abstract: | An expert system used for both gas chromatography (GC) and high performance liquid chro-matography (HPLC) are developed in our laboratory.The software and its hardware support are reviewed briefly.The main parts which are included in the softwares of this system are described,they are:the recommendation of column system,the optimization of operation condition,and the identi-fication and quantification of chromatography.Some important programming technology such as the knowledge base and the inference engine,and the characteristics of the hardware used in this system are described also. |
