| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the PETRONAS business operation.PETRONAS is a petroleum complex integrated upstream with downstream business with ownership by whole capital of the nation.The paper says that PETRONAS will become a leading global petroleum complex in the world in 21st century by means of its development strategy,i.e.consolidating oil ＆ gas business＇ dominant position in petrochemical fields,implementing globalization management strategy,and producing excellent products and promoting company＇s image. The paper finally analyses the company＇s innovation management ideas and patterns. |
