摘    要:雾化是液体燃料燃烧非常重要的一个过程,良好的雾化是实现液体燃料高效燃烧的前提.为了得到某燃烧器文丘里管喉口处高速气流对燃油雾化的效果,本文利用计算流体力学软件对该燃烧室中液体燃料雾化两相流场进行了数值模拟,计算采用欧拉一拉格朗日方法,混合破碎KH—RT模型,模拟结果得到了不同气流速度下液滴群SMD分布,通过对单个液滴二次破碎模拟再现了液滴在高速气流中变形破碎的整个过程.

Abstract:The liquid fuel atomization process plays an important role in combustion,and a good atomization result is the precondition for realizing an efficient combustion. In order to get the fuel atomization result of one combustion chamber , which utilized high speed air flow atomizing fuel liquid at the throat of the venture tube , CFD software was used to simulate the liquid fuel atomization and the two - phase flow. The Euler Lagrange method and mixing and crashing KH - RT method were adopted during the numerical calculation process to obtain the liquid droplet distribution of SMD under different airflow velocity,and the droplets' distortion and crashing in high speed air flow in the whole process were reproduced by simulating the secondary crushing of one droplet.
