摘    要:工程主体结构高90m,采用大底盘多塔框架核心筒结构体系,属复杂高层建筑.设计中采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,抗震性能目标为c级.采用SATWE和GSSAP两种软件进行小震、中震弹性和中震不屈服分析,并采用GSNAP进行罕遇地震作用下的静力推覆分析.计算结果表明,结构的层间位移角、周期比等各项控制指标基本满足规范要求,采取抗震加强措施是有效的,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标.

Abstract:The project is a system of the reinforced large chassis multi-tower framework core tube structure with a height of 90 meters, which is a complex of high-rise building. The PBSD ( Performance-based seismic design) method was used and the performance goal was set for level C. The building was analyzed with SATWE and GSSAP under minor earthquake and moderate earthquake respectively. And the static push-over analysis of the building under rare earthquake was carried out by using GSSAP. The results show that the indi- cators such as the inter-storey drift angle and period ratio, as well as others can satisfy the code requirements, and the adopted strengthening measures are effective. As a result, the global structural performance and the performance of each element can achieve the expected goals.
