摘    要:夹杂物对钢的力学性能有害,特别是对韧性的削弱作用较大.本文以物理模拟的方式再现了RH精炼装置中夹杂物碰撞长大的过程,并通过改变实验参数,分析时间、提升气量、浸渍深度等因素对RH精炼过程中夹杂物去除的影响,找到了适合莱钢生产高纯净钢的RH最佳工艺组合.

Abstract:Inclusions in steel are harmful to its mechanical properties, especially to weaken the toughness of the steel greatly. The process of inclusion collision and growing up during RH refining was created by way of physical simulation. By changing the experimen- tal parameters, the effect of time, gas volume, immersion depth and other factors on the removal of inclusion in RH refining process was analyzed. Then, the best optimum combination method was found, which is suitable for the production of high purity steel in Laiwu Iron & Steel Group Corporation.
