PASS储能回路异常分析与改进

摘    要:介绍了新型电气设备PASS储能回路的异常情况。通过分析其储能二次回路的原理,得出合闸储能卷簧的接近开关失效造成卷簧压缩至死点是断路器无法合闸的原因。分析了此种电感式接近开关失效的原因.提出了防范异常的措施和储能回路的改进方案。

Abstract:Abnormality in PASS energy storage circuit is introduced in this paper.Through the analysis on the principle of energy storage secondary circuit,it is concluded that roll-up spring suppressed to dead point resulted from proximity switch failure is the reason of circuit breaker switching failure.The paper analyzes the failure reason of inductance type proximity switch,puts forward the measures to prevent abnormality and schemes to improve energy storage circuit.
