| 摘 要： | 近年来，人工神经风格与神经网络计算机的研究在世界范围内已形成一个热点，本文通过对电致发光材料的各种特性的讨论，分析了固体化平板电致发光作为一种光神经器件的一些特点，指出它在神经网络实现中有很好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | During the last few years,a lot of attention all over the world has been focussed on the artificial neural networks and neural networks computer. In this paper, We discussed some properties of the EL devices and analysed some characteristics of the optoelectronic neural networks device composed by the powder EL devices. We think that the EL devices will have a good application in the neural networks. |
