锂离子蓄电池钒系正极材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了锂离子蓄电池中钒系正极材料的研究和发展。对钒的氧化物V2 O5和V6O13 以及钒酸锂系化合物Li1 x V3 O8、LiNiVO4、Li6V5O15和LixV2 O5等电极材料的特点、合成方法、放电容量和循环性能等作了总结。比较详细地介绍了钒的氧化物V2 O5在充放电过程中结构变化的情况、钒酸锂系化合物Li1 xV3 O8的结构特点、在充放电过程中物相的变化情况和容量衰减的原因 ,以及最近几年提出的旨在提高其容量的几种新的合成方法。对最近研究热点之一的V2 O5凝胶和其衍生物质Cu0 .1V2 O5干凝胶的研究情况也作了介绍。

Abstract:Development of vanadium based compounds used as cathode materials for lithium ion battery was reviewed. The characteristics, synthesis methods, discharge capacity and cyclic performances of V 2O 5, V 6O 13 ,Li 1 x V 3O 8,LiNiVO 4,Li 6V 5O 15 and Li xV 2O 5 were discussed. The structural characteristics, the phase change during charge/discharge cycles and the reason of capacity fading of V 2O 5 and Li 1 x V 3O 8 were described in detail as well as the new synthesis methods for improving the electrode capacity. The development of promising cathode material V 2O 5 gel and its derivative Cu 0.1 V 2O 5 was also introduced.
