石墨炉原子吸收光谱法连续测定化探样品中金,银,镓的研究

摘    要:本文提出在盐酸-碘化钾介质中,用MIBK萃取,硫脲反萃取,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法连续测定化探样品中的Au、Ag、Ga三种元素,经萃取反萃取既分离了干扰元素,又能提高测定灵敏度和精密度.文中研究了不同石墨管对测定的影响,用L'VOV理论探讨镍对镓的基体改进作用和机理.金、银、镓测定的相对标准偏差分别为5.2%、4.8%、6.2%,回收率在93.3%~106.5%之间.

Abstract:This paper brings a method of extraction by MIBK and antiextraction by thiourea solution in media of hydrochloric acid-potassium iodide and then the continuos determination of Au, Ag,Ga in chemical prospecting sample by GPAAS. The sensitivity and precision were increase with interferences depressed. The influence of graphite tubes on the determination of An, Ag, Ga was discussed. The effect and mechanism of Ni for use as matrix modification reagent of Ga were also discussed according to L' VOV theory. The relative standard deviations of determination of An, Ag, Gaare 5. 2%, 4. 8% and 6. 2 % respectively. The recovery ratio is between 93. 3-106. 5 %.
