| 摘 要： | 本文结合工程实际介绍了附建式人防地下室平时应急电站作为战时人防备用电站的平战功能转换设计理论和设计方法。较好地解决了平时应急电站与战时人防备用电站供电负荷、通风、排风（烟）系统和供水、供油系统防护和战时快速转换的问题。

| Abstract: | The emergency power plant in attached basement for civil air defence was introduced in combination with practical projects. The theory and method were described for function conversion design of such power plant used as standby one for air defence during the war. In such design the problems of power supply load, protection of ventilation and exhaust system and systems for water and oil supplies for the power plant during peace and war times and its rapid conversion during the war were solved. |
