| 摘 要： | 在摆臂固定架加工中,其材料特殊、形状奇异,难以装夹和加工。本文通过设计专用定位夹具,选择合适的加工刀具和切削用量,制定合理的加工工艺,使用高速、精密数控机床加工手段,来提高生产率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | In the processing of fixing frame of swing arm,it can hardly be clamped and machined because of the special materials,the strange shape.In this paper,it can improve productivity and product quality through designing special fixture,selecting the appropriate cutting tool and cutting parameters,formulating the reasonable processing technology,using high speed and precision CNC machining. |
