直驱式高速龙门五轴加工中心横梁的设计

摘    要:以一种直驱式高速龙门五轴加工中心的横梁为研究对象,介绍了龙门式横梁的载荷特点,对焊接横梁和铸造横梁进行了对比分析,对应用于直驱式高速龙门五轴加工中心横梁的筋板结构、截面形式、导轨和直线电机的布置形式进行了分析,指出焊接横梁更适用于直驱式高速龙门五轴加工中心.

Abstract:Taking the beam of direct-drive high-speed gantry-type 5-axis machining center as object of study, this paper introduces the characteristics of the loading of gantry-type beam, contrasts and analyses the welding beam and casting beam. Stiffening ribs structure, cross section form, linear guide and linear motor layout form in the direct- driving high-speed gantry-type 5-axis machining center beam are analyzed. The results indicate that welding beam is more suitable for direct -driving high-speed 5-axis gantry-type machining center.
