摘    要:以哈尔滨理工大学开发的波形刃(前刀面为波形曲面)铣刀片为例,进行三维复杂槽型铣刀片前刀面受力密度函数的研究.在已建立的波形刃铣刀片铣削力数学模型的基础上,通过铣削力试验以及切屑与前刀面接触面积的试验,建立铣削力及接触面参数的试验公式;进一步建立包含接触面参数的铣削力方程;经过两次偏导数并进行矩阵变换得到三维复杂槽型铣刀片曲面前刀面的受力密度函数,根据以上结果对波形刃铣刀片进行应力场分析,从而为槽型优选技术的研究打下理论基础.

Abstract:It studies on force density function of complex three-dimension grooves milling insert with the wavededge milling insert developed by the Harbin University of Science and Technology. On the basis of the milling force mathematical model of the waved-edge milling insert, it provides the experimental formula of the milling force and interface parameters by the milling force experiments of the complex three-dimension grooves milling insert, as well as the milling force equation which includes the interface parameters. Thus it comes to the force density function of the curve rake plane of the complex three-dimension grooves milling insert by two differential coefficients and matrix transform. At last the stress field analysis is given. All these studies have laid down a theoretic base for the groove optimization of complex three-dimension grooves milling insert.
