摘    要:基于多通道快速光谱仪的测量原理,分析了多通道光谱仪在定标中存在的非线性问题,研究了最小二乘多次拟合方法在定标中的应用,通过处理多组LED的光谱测量数据,将该方法与传统的线性近似作比较。结论表明,用多次拟合比传统的线性近似结果更精确。

Abstract:Based on the measurement theory of the fast scan multichannel spectrometer,the nonlinear problem in the calibration of the multichannel spectrometer is analysed.The application of the least square polynomial fit method in the calibration of the multichannel spectrometer is also investigated in the paper.By processing several groups of the measured spectrum data of LEDs,the least square polynomial fit method is compared with the conventional linear fit method.The comparison results show that the least square polynomial fit method can make the calibration more precise.
