摘    要:目前,轴拉试件断裂参数存在计算繁琐的问题。针对轴拉试件断裂研究,结合已有的试验数据,提出了计算轴拉试件裂缝亚临界扩展量Δa简化计算公式,免去了计算中反复迭代过程,从而大大简化裂缝亚临界扩展量Δa计算过程。对于轴拉试件可以较方便的计算双K参数,具有较高的精度。因此,简化方法在轴拉试件缝高比α=0.1~0.4范围内满足手算要求。

Abstract:There were problems in the compute process of double-K fracture about axial tensile specimen.Based on the study of fracture of the axial tensile and the obtained experimental data,the short-cut calculation formula was proposed for determining the precritical crack propagation length Δa of axial tensile specimen.The iterative compute process was avoided by this simplified method as mentioned short-cut one.The simplified methods has successfully simplified the compute process of double-K fracture parameters in the axial tensile specimen(The initial crack/depth ratio α=0.1-0.4),in very high precision.
