磁导航智能车中的水平检测线圈特性分析

摘    要:推导出磁导航智能车的水平检测线圈输出感应电动势与线圈相对于赛道的位置、夹角、线圈尺度的函数关系,借助Mathematica软件展示了关系曲线。结果表明,影响检测线圈输出的主要因素是线圈与载流线赛道的相对位置;增加线圈数量可提高定位精度;增加线圈匝数可提高检测灵敏度;分别判断小车前、后两端各自相对于赛道的位置可确定车体与赛道的夹角,利用双检测线圈差动输出可消除赛道交叉的影响。

Abstract:The relation between EMF of horizontal coil to detect magnetic field based on smartcar and position,angle,size was analyzed.The characteristic curve was brought forth based on Mathematica software.As a result,EMF of coil was decided mostly by relative position between coil and wire.The increase in number of coil can improve orientation precision.The increase in number of coil circle can improve sensitivity.Relative position between wire and coil in the front of smartcar and in the end of smartcar can ascertain the angle of smartcar with road.Differential double coils are an effective method to eliminate the effect of road crossing.
