空塔处理高氨氮废水的研究

摘    要:采用一种新型的空塔吹脱设备代替传统的填料吹脱塔处理高氨氮模拟废水。研究了模拟废水pH值、气液比、温度对氨吹脱率的影响。研究结果表明:空塔吹脱在废水pH值约为12左右,温度为60℃,鼓风量为150 L/min的操作条件下,氨氮吹脱率达63.16%.空塔吹脱具有操作简单,脱除效率稳定且成本低的优点,适合实际工程中应用。

Abstract:Wastewater with a high concentration of ammonia nitrogen was treated by using a new empty column to substitute the traditional stuffing column.The effects of pH,temperature,gas/liquid ratio on purging efficiency were studied.Results expatiated that purging efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen attained 63.16% in an optimal condition,i.e.pH of wastewater was about 12,operating temperature was 60 ℃,air-blowing was 150 L/min.The main advantages of the empty column purging were characterized by simple operation,stable purged efficiency,low cost and much suitable for engineering application.
