数控6排钻床的研制

摘    要:针对目前木工加工发展及需求,研制了数控6排钻机床,阐述了数控6排钻床的机械结构和电气部分设计方案,该机床电气控制采用主从式结构,移动单元采用小型步进电机驱动,实现精确定位。

Abstract:According to the present development and demand of wood working,a six-row NC drilling machine was developed.The mechanical structure and electrical parts design scheme of the drilling machine were stated.This machine adopts master-slave mode for electric control structure.In order to realize the precise positioning,mobile units use six small stepping-motor drivers
