摘    要:华阳发电有限责任公司1号、2号机组汽轮机大轴弯曲,造成汽封不严,使润滑油水分超标。通过采取高中压后汽封加装挡汽板,增加低压轴封回汽分阀门,适当降低轴封供汽压力,更换滤油机排油泵及降低主油箱放水口等措施,使油中水分降至50mg/L以下,保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:The water content exceeding standard limit in turbine oil for unit no 1 and no 2 in Huayang Power Generation Co Ltd is resulting from turbine shaft bending, making the glandpacking to be untightness. Though taking measures, such as adding steam baffle plate to steam seal gland after high and medium pressure, installing steam return value to low pressure shaft seal, suitably decreasing steamsupplying pressure for the shaft seal, replacing the oildischarging pump of the oil filter, and lowering water drain port of the main oil tank etc., the water content in oil has been decreased to less than 50 mg/L, ensuring safe operation of the said units.
