摘    要:采用2因子二次通用旋转组合设计,以紫外线照射时间和强度为两个因子,对建筑膜材料进行紫外线照射,测试材料的拉伸性能,分别建立了膜材断裂强力和断裂伸长率的数学模型。结果表明:紫外线对建筑膜材料的断裂强力和断裂伸长率有显著的影响;通过红外光谱分析,涂层化学结构发生了变化。

Abstract:The quadratic general rotary unitized design of two factors,the time and the intensity of UV irradiation,is used to study the influence of UV irradiation to membrane structure material.The tensile property of the material is tested,and the mathematical models about breaking force and breaking elongation rate are built.The results show that the ultraviolet radiation has a distinctive influence on breaking force and breaking elongation rate of material,and the chemical structure of the coating is changed by a...
