摘    要:针对大庆油田稠油油藏的开发需要,研制了Y211—150可伸缩热采封隔器。该封隔器主要由密封机构、坐封锁紧机构、解封机构、扶正锚定机构、热力伸缩补偿机构、安全脱卡机构等组成。它将封隔器与伸缩管设计成一体,采用V形膨胀石墨密封圈组成密封系统,确保伸缩管热力伸长时封隔器的密封性。采用左旋上提管柱坐封,右旋脱锁,上提管柱解封。室内及现场试验表明,伸缩管与封隔器之间的内密封较好,可耐压20 MPa,耐温375℃。

Development of Y211-150 telescopic packer for thermal recovery
Abstract:Y211-150 telescopic packer for thermal recovery is developed to meet the requirement of developing heavy oil reservoir in Daqing Oilfield.The packer is composed of sealing mechanism,setting latching mechanism,releasing mechanism,centralizing and anchoring mechanism,thermal telescopic compensable mechanism and safe unlocking mechanism.The packer and telescopic tube are designed to a whole body and V-shaped inflatable graphite sealing ring is used to form the sealing system,ensuring the sealing performance of the packer while the telescopic tube is elongated with heat.The packer is set with left-turning and lifting the string,and released with right-turning and lifting the string.The indoor and in-situ tests indicate that the inner sealing performance between the packer and the telescopic tube is good enough to stand the pressure of 20 MPa and the temperature of 375 ℃.
