基于Solidworks二次开发技术的注射机合模机构零件参数化设计

摘    要:介绍了Solidworks软件二次开发的对象模型、工具、方法及步骤,并以注射机中应用较广的箱式前模板为实例进行了详解。又以Solidworks三维软件为支撑平台,开发了注射机合模机构参数化设计系统,能直接生成形象的三维合模机构装配体,这对注射机合模机构参数化设计软件以及同类产品的开发具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:The introduction is made on the object models,tools,methods and steps of Solidworks software for secondary development of part and taking the box-type front platen,applied popularly in injection moulding machine,as an example to evaluate on it.Based on the Solidworks software,a parametrized design software of the clamping unit was developed,it could directly create the visual 3D assembly of the clamping unit.It had practical guiding significance to the parametrized design of the clamping unit in injection moulding machine and the secondary development of the similar product.
