摘    要:以江门新裕造纸有限公司涂布白纸板车间使用干强剂PS-110与阳离子淀粉做对比,用部分矿物纤维替代木浆纤维进行抄片和生产试验,结果表明,在面层中使用干强剂PS-110(w=1%)代替阳离子淀粉(w=1.5%),吨纸使用12.8 kg矿物纤维,所生产出的涂布白纸板物理指标合格,印刷适印性改善,从而达到了降低生产成本的目的.

Abstract:The effectiveness of dry strength agent PS-110 in coated paperboard was compared with that of cationic starch. Mineral fibres were substituted for part of wood pulp fibres in both handsheet-making and industrial paper-making. The results show that substitution of 1% dry strength agent PS-110 for 1.5% cationic starch and addition of 12.8 kg mineral fibres in every ton of paper in the top-board could produce coated paperboard with excellent physical properties and improved printability, which lowered the production cost.
