摘    要:任何气体(即使无毒)都可能由于浓度过高,而使局部空间氧气浓度相对降低,不能满足人体正常新陈代谢的要求,造成人体缺氧窒息而受到伤害.本文用一定阈值下的缺氧区和缺氧期,表征这类突发性事故对环境危害的大小,并提出相应的应急及防范措施,以减少此类事故对人体健康的危害.

Abstract:The paper studies the nonpoisonous gas harmful to human beings. Nonpoisonous gas of high concentration can make oxygen concentration relatively lower which may not reach the normal demand of oxygen concentration by human body then asphyxia happens which is harmful to human health. According to the area where there is a lack of oxygen and the duration when the lack of oxygen lasts we can determine the risk area and the risk duration where and when a sudden accident occurs. The paper also advances some countermeasure against the sudden accident so as to reduce its potential harm to mankind.
