印版点状弊病产生的原因及分析

印刷品上往往出现多余的不同颜色的点状弊病或缺少不同颜色的点状缺陷，这种情况不外乎是在印版上存在有多余的或缺少的点状弊病或缺陷，或是在印刷时用的承载体上有点状缺陷，或印刷时产生的点状弊病。承载体上的点状缺陷，或印刷时产生的点状弊病通常是偶尔出现的，往往是个别的、无规律的。当然在印刷时由于胶辊的因素也可能产生有规律的、批量性的点状缺陷或弊病。 印版上存在的多余或缺少的点状弊病或缺陷往往是有规律地造成一定批量的印品有同样的弊病或缺陷。本文主要就此问题进行论述。
