空气弹簧隔振系统试验研究与性能分析

摘    要:针对空气弹簧隔振系统进行振动测试与隔振性能分析,将加速度计安装在隔振平台上进行锤击法振动测试,得到隔振系统的振动加速度、振幅以及通频带,并与地面振动参数相比较。另外通过试验分析得出隔振系统效果最佳时的区域位置及空气弹簧内压。试验表明该空气弹簧隔振系统能有效隔离来自地面的振动,满足系统设计要求。

Abstract:Vibration-testing and analysis of vibration isolation performance of an air spring vibration isolation system were carried out.The accelerometer was installed on the vibration isolation testing foundation,and the vibration accelerates,amplitudes and passing-frequency band of the vibration isolation system were measured using hammering method.The results were compared with the parameters obtained in ground vibration testing.In addition,the optimal position of the testing foundation and the optimal internal pressure of the air spring were found for obtaining the highest effect of the isolation system.The results show that the air spring vibration isolation system can isolate vibration from the ground effectively.
