摘    要:以大庆常压渣油为原料,在单段提升管反应装置上模拟两段提升管催化裂解工艺,对配套多产丙烯催化剂LCC-300的反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,在丙烯收率高达22.27%的情况下,总液体收率为80.08%;所产汽油中烯烃体积分数为13.48%,芳烃体积分数为59.44%,可作为高辛烷值汽油的调和组分。

Abstract:The reaction performances of LCC-300 catalyst for maximizing propylene were evaluated by simulating two-stage riser catalytic pyrolysis process in a single riser reactor and using Daqing reduced crude as feedstock.The results showed that the yield of propylene reached 22.27%,and the total liquid yield was 80.08%.The valume fractions of olefins and aromatics in the gasoline were 13.48% and 59.44% respectively,which could be used as high octane number gasoline component.
