27SiMn焊接工艺的研究

摘    要:27SiMn作为油缸制造的焊接母材,由于其焊接性能差,所以一直制约着油缸的焊接质量。为获得强度高,塑性、韧性好的优质27SiMn钢焊接接头,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,对该材料的焊接工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,27SiMn的碳当量值大于0.4%,钢材淬硬性和焊接接头的冷裂纹敏感性强,要确保良好的焊接质量,必须采取焊前预热、控制层间温度、后热及焊后去应力退火等严格的焊接工艺措施。并经试验结果的验证,最终确定最佳焊接工艺,其焊缝满足了油缸焊接的关键技术要求。采用该焊接工艺对27SiMn钢进行焊接生产,可使焊接质量达到相应油缸的设计要求.

Abstract:As welding base metal for making cylinder, since the poor welding character, 27SiMn influences the welding quality of clinder all the time, for getting the steel welding joint that comply with high intensity, good plasticity and toughness, we study the welding technique by using the cooperation between theory analysis and test. The result shows that the carbon equivalent of 27SiMn is more than 0.4%, the hardenability of steel and the cold crack of welding joint sensibility are strong, for ensuring the good welding quality, the strict welding techinques must be implemented by advanced heat for welding, controlling interlayer temperatur as well as destressing anneal after welding, the final welding procedure will be fixed by the test result and the welding line satisfy the key technique request of cylinder welding. The welding quality will arrive the design request of matched cylinder by using this welding procedure.
