摘    要:建立了理想刚塑性钢条、板条在大曲率拉弯过程中的塑性耗能量函数与拉力函数.理论研究表明:当理想刚塑性钢条、钢带大曲率绕过多个轮子的机构时,其所需拉力的大小正比于拉弯变形的次数而反比于轮子的工作半径,这一结论与实验结果相差甚小

Abstract:This paper sets up the plastic energy consumption and tensile functions of the ideal rigid plastic steel wire and lath under large curvature tension bending. When the ideal rigid plastic steel wire or lath is wound through the wheels mechanism under large curvature, theoretical study shows that tensile force on the steel wire or lath at tensile end is directly proportional to number of times of tensile bending deformation but is inverse proportional to working radius of the wheels. This conclusion is consistent with experimental results.
