摘    要:实验表明,元宝山红土含有伊-蒙混层矿物,孔隙-裂隙结构,超固结性,干时坚硬,遇水崩解的特征,是造成工程灾害的原因.采用改良红土性质或用覆盖法处理,可消除崩解特性,从而保证了工程建筑物的安全

Abstract:The test results show that the Yuan Baoshan red soil contains Illite Smectite (I S) and has a pore fissure structure, and it is characterized by low compressibility, high strength while air dried and heavily disintegration while wetted. The properties above are the major causes of engineering disasters. The disintegrative behaviour of the red soil can be eliminated by improving its character, or by making use of the covering method, so that the safety of the building may be guaranteed.
