| 摘 要： | 目前国土资源各种应用系统大多是面向事务处理,在数据管理、数据表现等方面各不相同,且功能交叉重复,造成了资源浪费严重,此种情况之下,迫切需要建立国土资源数据中心来集成管理现有数据和提供统一的服务.笔者结合参与桂林市第二次土地调查数据库及管理系统建设项目的一些经验,就建设国土资源数据中心系统关键技术及MapGIS平台的相关实现作了简要介绍,供大家参考指正.

| Abstract: | At present,most application systems of land and resource are Transaction-oriented,and they are different at data management and expression,and it waste resources seriously.The author introduces the Key Technologies of Construction of Land and Resources information Center with MapGIS by participating in database and management system construction of the second land investigation in Guilin. |
