中国铝板带箔加工设备现状及发展方向

对中国铝板、带、箔轧制(FRP)的主导设备的概况作了全面介绍，并对其发展趋势作了展望。截至2004年底，中国板带箔产能(包括预计投产的)如下：扁锭铸造生产能力850kt／a；双辊式带坯生产能力2526kt／a，双辊式铸轧机227台(其中引进的12台)；带坯热轧机16台，生产能力1050kt／a；双辊块片热轧机125台，生产能力650kt／a；现代化四辊与六辊冷轧机108台(含可轧单零箔的)，生产能力2100kt／a；可轧单零箔的冷轧机46台，箔材生产能力230kt／a；四辊铝箔轧机62台，生产能力240kt／a。在建的热轧生产线11条，生产能力2100kt／a；铝箔轧机22台，生产能力120kt／a。预计2010年中国铝箔的产量将达到850kt／a，从而超过美国的产量位居世界首位；同期，中圈轧制产品(FRP)产量将达到5500kt，稍高于美国的FRP产量；2015年中国的二辊轧机将基本被淘汰。

Current Status of Aluminium Sheet/Strip/Foil Equipment in China and Analysis on the Developing Trend

This article aims to give a full introduction to the leading equipment employed by Chinese FRPs companies currently and makes a forecast on the developing trend also.Key figures released by the article include:by the end of 2004,Chinese production capacity of slab will come up to 850 kt/a;capacity of two-hi strip stock 2 526 kt/a;China will have had 227 two-hi casting machines (including 12 imported machines);16 hot-rolling mills of strip stock,with combined capacity of 1 050 kt/a; 125 two-hi hot-rolling mills of piece plate,with total capacity of 650 kt/a;108 modern cold rolling mills,with combined capacity of 2 100 kt/a (of which,number of cold rolling mills for production of medium gauge foil 45 with combined capacity of 230 kt/a);62 four-hi aluminium foil mills,with combined capacity of 240 kt/a.At the moment,there are 11 hot-rolling production lines under construction with total capacity of 2 100 kt/a;22 aluminium foil mills being installed with total capacity of 120 kt/a.Till the year 2010,Chinese aluminium foil capacity is expected to reach 850 kt and then China will outstrip USA in aluminium foil production.At the same time,Chinese total production of FRPs will amount up to 5 500 kt/a,slightly higher than the USA.However,few two-hi mills could still be in operation in China at that time.
