摘    要:应用散料力学与多相流理论研究非流态化气体-颗粒两相流通过垂直与倾斜管道及孔口的动力学,建立了动力学方程,用以预测各种条件下的颗粒物料通过孔口的流率.方程的计算结果与各种条件下取得的大量实验数据相吻合,从而使颗粒物料通过孔口流率的计算由经验关联逐步上升为理论预测.

Abstract:The hydrodynamics of non-fluidized gas-particle flow through aninclined pipe and an orifice is studied by using the theories of multiphase flow and particulate media mechanics. A series of dynamic differential equations is developed to correlate the gas pressure, interparticle contact pressure, voidage with the properties of gas and particles, the geometry of the bed, and the condition of operation. A numerical method of the dynamic differential equations and an integral method of the simplified dynamic differential equation, which are used to calculate the particle flow rate through an orifice, are also established. The theoretical prediction is in good agreement with the experimental data.
