摘    要:凝汽器的真空是汽轮机经济安全运行的重要参数,其数值的高低和汽轮机纽的安全性和经济性密切相关。通过分析凝汽器真空形成原理和对影响机组真空的因素进行了全面的理论分析。包括凝汽器不锈钢管的传热情况、真空系统的严密性、真空泵板冷器冷却水的温度以及循环水的流量等多方面.结合扬州发电有限公司的7号机组真空系统存在的诸多M题,并对同类型330MW机组进行了广泛调研和比较分析,找出影响该机组真空的主要影响因素.提出了对提高真空的有效途径及解决方法。

Abstract:The vacuum value of condenser, as an important parameter of turbines' safe operation, is closely related to the security and economy of turbines. The forming principle and influencing factors of condenser vacuum are analyzed in detail, including the heat transfer conditions of stainless steel tubes in condenser, the tightness of vacuum system, cooling water temperature of vacuum pump, the flux of circulating water and so on. According to the problems happened to the vacuum system of No.7 unit in Yangzhou Power Generation Co. Ltd., wide investigation and comparative analysis are carried out, and key influencing factors of condenser vacuum are found. Thus, effective measures and solutions are proposed.
