摘    要:建立了六辊平整机垂直振动的八自由度动力学模型,用MATLAB软件对其进行了动力学仿真,分析了关键固有频率形成的振型对平整过程的影响,并进行了垂振系统的能量分布计算,为进一步进行平整机动力学研究和动态设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:A dynamic model of eight degree of freedom for the vertical vibration system of cold temper mill was developed.Dynamic simulation to the six-high temper mill was conducted by means of software MATLAB,the influence of each nature frequency on temper process was analyzed,and the energy distribution of the vertical vibration system of the cold temper mill was calculated.Above-mentioned results have established a solid base for further research and design in dynamics of the cold temper mill.
