摘    要:针对工业领域高温、高湿生产车间传统空调方法存在的问题,提出了双露点送风加湿法。该方式是通过两个喷淋室将空气分别处理到不同的露点状态,均匀送入车间内进行混合来消除室内余热余湿,进而达到维持高湿度生产环境的目的。理论分析及工程实践表明,在冷源条件允许时,采用该方法可降低换气次数,节约运行费用,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems of traditional air conditioning in manufacture workshops with high temperature and moisture, presents the method of air supply and humidification at double dew points. The air is treated to different dew points through two spray rooms, then evenly sent into the workshops and finally mixed in order to remove the residual heat and moisture, which can keep high moisture in manufacture workshops. Theoretical analysis and engineering practice results indicate that, if the cold source condition is allowed, applying the method can reduce air changes and operation costs, and save energy significantly.
