摘    要:论述了现代工业对零件加工表面完整性的要求 ,分析了零件加工表面完整性对零件使用性能的影响 ;讨论了振动切削的原理 ,指出振动切削是提高零件加工表面完整性的重要方法。

Abstract:The requirement of modern industry for machined surface integrity of components is expounded. The influence of machined surface integrity on the service performance of components is analyzed. The principle of the vibration cutting is discussed. It is pointed out that the vibration cutting is an important method to improve the machined surface integrity of components.
