负荷控制中心漏电保护系统的研究与应用

摘    要:构建了由3部分组成的全范围漏电保护系统,使漏电闭锁在电机起动之前实现绝缘预警,漏电保护实现故障跳闸,高压绝缘检测实现电缆绝缘水平的在线监测,设计了保护电路,分析了测试数据,并进行了系统调试。该系统已成功应用于KJZ-4000-10(6)/3.3矿用隔爆兼本质安全型负荷控制中心,运行结果表明,漏电保护系统安全可靠、动作灵敏,3部分功能相辅相成,缩短了排查故障时间,防止了事故蔓延,有效地提高了煤矿井下生产效率和生产安全性。

Research and application of earth leakage protection in load control center
Abstract:A full scope leakage protection system consisted of earth leakage lockout,earth leakage protection and high voltage inspection of cable insulation was put forward to protect the insulation of underground cable and motors from earth leakage fault.Earth leakage lockout realizes insulation warning before motor starting,earth leakage protection realizes fault tripping and high voltage inspection realizes on line monitoring of cable insulation.The protection circuit was designed,test result was analyzed and the system was debugged.The earth leakage protection system was uesd in KJZ 4000-10(6)/3.3 load control center.It is proved that the combination of three earth leakage protection is safety,reliable and sensitive.It can shorten fault finding time,prevent accident spread and obviously improve the production efficiency and safety in underground coal mine.
