基于波导馈电的基片集成波导缝隙线阵天线

摘    要:设计了一款Ku波段低损耗、低旁瓣的基片集成波导缝隙线阵天线,天线的馈电结构由波导到基片集成波导转换器组成,线阵是由基片集成波导上表面所开的8个纵向缝隙组成。软件仿真计算表明:天线工作频率范围为12.14~12.84 GHz(阻抗带宽5.6%,输入输出散射参数S11<-10 dB);在整个工作带宽内,天线增益均大于14.5 dB,旁瓣电平低于26 dB,与预期的Taylor分布(最低旁瓣电平SLL=30 dB)比较相符。

Substrate integrated waveguide slot array antenna based on waveguide feed
Abstract:Designed a low loss,low side lobe Ku waveband substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) slot array antenna.The antenna feed structure consisted of a waveguide to SIW converter.Line array composed of SIW on the surface of the open longitudinal slot 8.The software simulation results show that the operating frequency range of antenna is 12.14~12.84 GHz(impedance bandwidth 5.6%,scattering parametersS11<-10 dB).In the bandwidth of the entire work,the antenna gains are all greater than 14.5 dB,the side lobe level is lower than 26 dB,corresponded with the expected Taylor distribution(the lowest side lobe levelSLL=30 dB).
