低碱酸比煤灰在碳化硅质耐火板上的煅烧结渣特性

摘    要:采用了扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射等方法对高温煅烧下酸性煤灰在SiC质耐火板上煅烧渣样进行了测试,并就渣样的形貌、渣样成分及与SiC质耐火板之间的高温煅烧结渣特性进行了分析。结果表明:高温煅烧下,低碱酸比煤灰的结渣难以破坏SiC质耐火板表层的SiO2保护膜,其在SiC质耐火板上灰渣的结晶度取决于煤灰本身受高温煅烧的影响。随着温度的升高,煤灰的结晶度呈指数下降趋势,特别是在接近始变形温度1 450 ℃处,结晶度降为21.08%。因此,高温煅烧下低碱酸比煤灰更加容易在SiC质耐火板上黏连结渣。

Slagging characteristics of low alkailine aild ratio coal ash on carborundum based refractory liner under high temperature calcination
Abstract:In order to study the thermodynamic activity of low alkailine aild ratio coal ash slagging on carborundum based liner,the slag samples of the statics high temperature slagging experiments were investigated by Scanning Electronn Microscopy(SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS),X ray diffraction(XRD),and the slagging samples’ properties of morphology and the sintering characteristics between ash compositions and corundum based refractory liner in different atmosphere were studied.The results show that the SiO2 protective film of the surface of SiC based refractory liner can keep good stability during slagging process of low alkailine aild ratio coal ash even in 1 400 ℃.The crystallinity of this ash slag on SiC based refractory liner depends on itself thermodynamics action,and shows negative power function relationship to decrease with the increase of calcining temperature.Especially in 1 450 ℃ near the beginning deformation temperature,the crystallinity of the coal ash slag reduces to 21.08%.So it is easier for low alkailine aild ratio ash to adhere with the surface of SiC based refractory liner under high temperature calcinations.
