散料表层渗透固化机理及技术应用研究

摘    要:基于表层渗透固化方法,以天然淀粉为主要原料,通过催化氧化改性制备固化抑尘剂。比较了添加表面活性剂对固化抑尘剂不同粒度煤料渗透性的影响,考察了固化抑尘剂的温度适应性、稳定性;在神朔运煤铁路线进行了抑尘剂喷洒固化试验和应用,结果表明:基于表层渗透固化方法研制的淀粉基固化抑尘剂喷洒在煤散料表层可形成抑尘固化壳层,能够防止列车运煤过程中煤料散失,喷洒固化抑尘剂后,显著降低了运煤列车通过隧道时隧道内的煤粉尘浓度,隧道内煤粉尘浓度由256.4 mg/m3降低到30.5 mg/m3,喷洒固化抑尘剂对煤质无影响。

Research of mechanism of bulk coal surface layer permeation solidification and its technology application
Abstract:The solidifying dust suppressant was prepared by catalytic oxidation natural starch based on the surface layer permeation method.The effects of adding surfactant on the permeability of the solidifying dust suppressant in different coal sizes and thermal adaptability and the stability of the dust suppressant were investigated.The starchy solidifying dust suppressant commercial size tests and the application in Shenshuo coal transport railway show that the solidified layer is formed after the solidifying dust suppressant sprayed in the bulk coal,which having the good preventing coal charge loss and the coal dust suppression property,the coal dust concentration decreases dramatically inside the tunnel when the coal transportation train passing.The application of the dust suppressant lead to the coal dust concentration inside the tunnel of 256.4 mg/m3 decreases to 30.5 mg/m3.The solidifying dust depressor has no influence on the coal properties.
