新型矿用直线式空气压缩机原理分析与仿真

摘    要:在研究国内外直线式压缩机原理和结构的基础上,提出了一种新型矿用直线式空气压缩机。新型压缩机主要由双动子直线振荡电动机驱动,气缸活塞组件沿电机轴向对称分布,具有结构紧凑、行程长、效率高、振动噪声小、电机铁心叠装方式与普通旋转电机相同、制造容易等特点。建立了压缩机电磁系统、热力系统、动力系统等数学模型,并采用四阶龙格-库塔算法进行数值求解。仿真结果表明,对称式分布结构能够使缸内气体非线性作用得到最大程度降低,压缩机电流和活塞位移呈现较好的正弦波特性。压缩机运行时固有频率与缸内气体弹性刚度有关,必须保证压缩机额定工况下工作在速度共振区,此时电流最小,功率消耗最低,能实现高效节能。

Principle analysis and simulation of a novel mine linear air compressor
Abstract:A new type mine linear air compressor was presented on the basis of domestic & international linear compressor principal and structure research.This compressor is mainly driven by a linear oscillatory motor with two divided moving body with features of compact configuration,long stroke,high efficiency,less vibration and low noise,similar way of motor iron core folding with the popular rotary motors,and simple manufacture process,and its cylinder and piston assembly is symmetrical distributed along the axis.The compressor mathematical model about its electromagnetic system,heating system,and dynamic system was established and solved by using Runge Kutta interative algorithm.The results show that symmetrical structure can reduce the nonlinear effect of gas in the cylinder in highest degree,make compressor current and piston displacement characteristics present better sine wave.Compressor inherent frequency is concerned with cylinder gas elastic stiffness.Under the rated working condition,compressor must be ensured to work in the speed resonance region,in the meantime,compressor current and power can be minimized to achieve the goal of high efficiency and energy saving.
