多级煤炭物流网络优化选择模型的构建与应用

通过分析认为，物流系统总费用最小化是煤炭物流网络优化设计的主要目标，运输费用、储存费用、物流设施建设费用、订货费用是煤炭物流系统最主要费用，其中以运输费用份额最大，约占53%。给出了煤炭物流系统物流费用的定量计算方法，以客户需求、订货方式、资源供应、建设资金等为主要约束条件，应用混合整数规划方法，建立了多级煤炭物流网络优化模型，并对山西煤销集团阳泉公司的煤炭物流网络进行了应用分析，结果表明构建的煤炭物流网络优化选择模型能有效降低煤炭物流费用。

Construction and application of multi level coal logistics network optimization model

Analysis suggests the main objective of the coal logistics systems optimization design is to minimize the total cost of the logistics network,transportation costs,storage costs,logistics infrastructure construction costs and ordering costs are the main costs of coal logistics system,the largest share is transportation costs among them,accounting for 53%.Gave a quantitative logistics cost calculation method of coal logistics system.It set up a multi level coal logistics network optimization model under the condition of customer demand,order mode,resource supply and construction funds,applying the mixed integer programming.It analyzed coal logistics network of Yangquan Company Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group Co.,Ltd.The coal logistics network optimization model can effectively reduce the coal logistics costs.
