摘    要:直接驱动(DD)伺服是一种高性能的伺服产品,由于其特殊的构造和高精度的设计,使其在制造业、机器人领域得到广泛应用。文章结合自主设计的激光内雕机控制方案,在分析系统工作原理基础上,详述了DD伺服位置控制方法,通过整定其PID参数,实现了三轴联动系统的准确定位。

Abstract:Direct drive(DD) servo is a product of high quality.For its special structure and highly accurate design,it is widely applied in manufacturing and robot.This paper combines self-designed controlling program of laser sub-marker and explains the position controlling method of DD servo on the basis of the analysis of working principle of the system.Though setting-up its PID parameter,precise positioning of three-axis linkage system has been achieved.
