高速精密压力机导轨板淬火硬度不足原因分析及挽救措施

摘    要:40-015-385 40-015-386导轨板系我厂引进产品SA200高速精密压力机上一关键部件,其在渗碳后经中频淬火及回火后硬度不足,为此经过多方面的检验与分析,终于查出造成导轨硬度不足的真正原因是渗碳淬火后表面存在着大量的残余奥氏体,并提出了挽救措施。

Abstract:No.40 - 015 < 385 386 track flat is the important part in the high speed accurate cold - heading machine ofour works. It had not enough hardness which had passed medfrequency and tempering after carburise. In this paper we did a series of tests and analyses, and found the real cause because of more austenite in the track flat after quenching,while refered to improvement.
