| 摘 要： | 将半导体金属氧化物与导电相、玻璃黏合剂混合，制成负温度系数热敏电阻浆料。试验证明，浆料中金属氧化物的组分、合成温度、导电相及玻璃相的组成会影响热敏电阻浆料的性能。
